Welcome to Hua Sheng Academy! Hua Sheng Academy is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Texas.

Our Mission:

to teach Mandarin Chinese language at all levels,
to promote Chinese culture,
to foster the cultural exchanges between Chinese Americans and other ethnic group.
